GrahamReeves.NMT NEUROMUSCULAR THERAPY

Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT) is a physical (or manual) therapy specialising in the treatment of soft tissue pain and injury.

NMT is innovative in that it combines the best selection of soft tissue manipulation techniques developed by pioneers from a variety of professions such as osteopathy, trigger point therapy, etc. Through the application of Neuromuscular therapy techniques, Dry Needling, Massage therapy and Kinesiology Taping, we can enhance the function of joints and muscles to return correct function to the body.

By using these techniques we can dramatically increase recovery time for injuries. Returning you to full functionality whilst preventing muscle atrophy(muscle wastage) in the injured area.

***🏐🏆 Dublin Intermediate Football Championship Final 🏆🏐***

It's another big day for the Club where our Senior Footballers take on Naomh Fionnbarra in the Dublin Intermediate Football Championship Final in Parnell Park later today with throw-in @ 5pm. Under new Management of former players - Kevin Higgins & Darren Flood, the lads go into today's game with a good mix of youth and experience in the squad. The lads topped their group with victories over St Patrick's Donabate (1-14 to 0-12), Garda (9-15 to 0-10) and earned a draw against today's opponents Naomh Fionnbarra (1-7 to 0-10) before overcoming St Margaret's (4-9 to 2-13) in Páirc Bharróg at the quarter-final stage.

The lads then beat St Patricks Palmerstown last time out in O'Toole Park in the Semi-Finals where after a slow start, the team took a grip of proceedings when Ryan Alexander found the net just before half-time. The fitness levels showed in the second half when the team quickly got into their rhythm with Paul Tolan keeping the scoreboard ticking over with his frees and further goals from Richie Timmins & Liam Durran set the lads on their way to a comfortable win (3-13 to 2-7) to send them into the Championship Final. With it being the 30th Anniversary since we last won the Dublin Intermediate Football Championship back in 1990, it is as good as any year to go reclaim the Dublin Intermediate Championship title.
