Today was the first day on my new macros - hello 300g carb club ๐Ÿ’๐Ÿฝโ€โ™€๏ธ

So after eating ALL of the carbs earlier in some pretty heavy meals, this meal pulled things back and focused more on fats and protein!! I decided to swap the creamy mash for some garden greens to go with this fresh fillet of stone bass and fennel!! Unreal ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿฝ

Meal prep Sundays ๐Ÿ˜ŽโœŒ๐Ÿผ

On or off season, doesnโ€™t make a difference - meal prep is life!! Keeps me on track and saves sooooo much time in the long run!!

Here are just 3 of my meals for the next 3 days...meals 4, 5 will be made fresh on the day and Iโ€™ll add in some dark chocolate and fruit as snacks too. Generally I will eat the same meals for 3 days then switch it up for the next 3 so I donโ€™t get bored ๐Ÿ˜Š
