It has been a pleasure to spend a whole morning with this enthusiastic and open-minded team at Amazon, sharing a yoga experience together.

Through mindful movement, breathwork, sensory awareness, meditation, and chanting, we gently explored the edge of our comfort zones — and found plenty of laughter and lightness along the way.

I’m grateful for the opportunity to work with them and share some of the many ways yoga can support balance, focus, and wellbeing in a busy, fast-moving workplace.

I hope I didn’t scare them off… and that they’ll invite me back soon 😄🧘‍♀️💛

As many of you know I have been participating on an annual cycle with the Dublin Chamber for the last number of years.

In a few days time I will join over forty other cyclist to cover nearly 500 Km across Croatia, Slovenia and Italy.

This year, we celebrate the 10th anniversary of this remarkable initiative, a testament to the enduring power of collective action.

We are incredible proud to dedicate this milestone cycle to three extraordinary charities that touch the lives of so many families across Ireland:

gets a lot of attention in a context of 'fitness and health', however is essential for your overall fitness. Stability supports efficient movement and good biomechanics, it improves and prevents injuries.
In our modern lifestyle we spend a lot of time sitting (desk, couch, cars...) and overtime this hinders our musculoskeletal system, which likes and needs movement!

In this workshop we will focus on major 'stabilizing muscles' of shoulders, hips and core and how to strengthen them.
At the end of this workshop, you would
a) Have a better understanding of what 'stabilizing muscles' are and the role they play in our daily life
b) Be more aware of your body and habits or behaviours that might not be serving you &
c) Have learned some practices you might integrate into your daily exercise routine.

As a way to celebrate this year's International Day of Yoga we will work with the Common Yoga Protocol (CYP) which is a standardized yoga protocol released by the Ministry of AYUSH, India for the International Day of Yoga.

It includes all aspects of yoga i.e. asana, pranayama and meditation and it is designed for adoption by all age-groups for the health of the community.
