🐉✨ THE WARRIOR DRAGONS: GILBERT & ANGEL ✨🐉

Two little Warriors have arrived, and these two are exactly why I love our Warrior family so much.

Because perfection has never been the bloody requirement around here.

A little weathering. A tiny battle mark. Evidence that you’ve travelled a road or two.

None of it takes away from the magic. If anything, I think it adds to the story.

💙 GILBERT | Lapis Lazuli | €10

Gilbert isn’t chipped or damaged. His Lapis Lazuli simply has some natural weathering, giving him that wonderful ancient, slightly time-worn appearance.

And on a dragon, I absolutely love it.

He looks like he’s been perched on the edge of some forgotten mountain for several hundred years, watching humans make the same ridiculous mistakes over and over again. 😂

Dragons have long symbolised strength, courage, wisdom, guardianship and fierce protection, while Lapis Lazuli has been treasured since ancient times and is traditionally associated with wisdom, truth, intuition and finding the courage to use your own voice.

Gilbert says:

And then there’s Angel.

Beautiful soft Rose Quartz, with the tiniest little chip at the back of one of her horns. Honestly, you have to go searching for it. It’s far easier to feel with your fingertip than actually see.

But that tiny mark earned her a place among our Warriors.

Because Angel’s story is about a different sort of strength.

Remaining soft after life has given you every reason to become hard.

🌈✨ SEVEN CHAKRA CRYSTAL TALISMAN PENDANTS ✨🌈

I have two of these beautiful Chakra pendants available, and they are absolutely gorgeous little pieces. 💜

Each pendant is six-sided and faceted, with the different crystal layers stacked one above the other to represent the seven main chakras, from Root right the way through to Crown.

And no, she isn’t the delicate little princess of the Rose Quartz world.

She’s the bloody Queen. 👑

Queenie carries some natural weathering and inclusions, little marks written into the stone itself. And rather than taking anything away from her, I think they tell you exactly who she is.

She is feminine energy with teeth.

She is softness that survived.

She is the woman who has loved deeply, given too much, forgiven things she probably shouldn’t have, picked herself up more times than anybody knows and eventually realised that loving others should never require abandoning herself.

💜✨ THE LAST TWO LITTLE CAVERNS OF AMETHYST ✨💜

And then there were two…

These are the very last of our beautiful sparkly Amethyst Geodes, and honestly, photographs are an absolute bastard for these because they simply do not catch what happens when the light moves across all those tiny crystal points. ✨

Each one is its own little hidden world. From the outside, stone. Earth. Nothing particularly dramatic. And then nature cracks open a secret chamber and goes, “Actually, look what I’ve been making in here for the last few million years.” 😂💜

That is one of the things I have always loved most about geodes.

They are a reminder that some of the most extraordinary things are created quietly, slowly and completely out of sight.

💜 Why have Amethyst in your home?

Amethyst has been treasured for thousands of years, and in crystal folklore it is traditionally associated with peace, protection, intuition, spiritual awareness and creating a calmer atmosphere.

Many people love keeping Amethyst in places where they want the energy to feel a little softer and quieter. On a bedside table. Beside your favourite chair. On an altar or meditation space. On your desk when your brain has approximately 47 tabs open and three of them are playing music but you can’t find which f**king ones. 😂

And this one is fascinating.

A taller, narrower little cavern absolutely covered in tiny sparkling Amethyst points, but right in the centre is that gorgeous large pale crystal formation.

It looks almost like something has been placed deliberately inside its own Amethyst chamber, but Mother Nature got there long before any of us did. 😂

It gives this one such character and makes it completely individual.

And that, my lovely people, is what I adore about geodes.

You’re not looking at something designed in a factory to be perfectly symmetrical. You’re looking at a little geological accident of pressure, minerals, time and patience that somehow resulted in something ridiculously beautiful.

Maybe that’s why I’ve always thought geodes belong in homes.

They’re little reminders that you don’t have to look polished on the outside to have an entire bloody universe going on within. 💜

🦊✨ THE CLEVER LITTLE FOXES ✨🦊

Oh, I love these. Look at those little faces. They look like they know something we don’t, and frankly, they’re not telling. 😂

Beautiful Tiger’s Eye Fox necklaces, with the most gorgeous golden bands running through the stone. Each one comes on an adjustable cord, so you can wear it at whatever length suits you.

The fox has long carried wonderful symbolism through folklore and mythology. Clever, observant and adaptable, the fox is associated with quick thinking, intuition, independence and knowing when to move quietly rather than announce your every bloody intention to the world.

🖤 RAVENS & ANKHS 🖤

A little gathering of Black Obsidian magic has landed in the Outlet, and these are perfect little pocket, altar or bedside pieces. 🖤

First, our Ravens. 🐦‍⬛

Across mythology and folklore, the raven has long been connected with mystery, intelligence, transformation, prophecy and the unseen. A creature that seems to stand with one foot in our world and another somewhere altogether older and stranger.

Pair that symbolism with Black Obsidian, traditionally associated with protection, grounding, truth and strong boundaries, and these little fellows may be small, but they certainly aren’t lacking presence.

Do Not Fear the Unknown

There is something wonderfully defiant about today’s card.

Do not fear the unknown.

Because isn’t that where half of our fear lives? Not in what has actually happened, but in what might happen.

What if it doesn’t work out?
What if I make the wrong choice?
What if things change?
What if I don’t know what comes next?

And today’s card very calmly answers…

So what if you don’t?

You were never supposed to have the entire road mapped out before you took the first step.

The unknown isn’t automatically something bad waiting for you. It can just as easily hold the phone call you’ve been hoping for. The opportunity you haven’t even imagined yet. A new friendship. A different direction. A bit of luck. A door quietly opening where yesterday there appeared to be a bloody wall.

We spend so much time preparing ourselves for what might go wrong that sometimes we forget something very important:

Things can go right too.

You don’t need to know how the whole story ends today.

You only need enough courage for the little piece of road directly underneath your feet.

So if life feels uncertain at the moment, don’t immediately fill those blank spaces with the worst possible ending.

🦉 Good morning, people, and welcome to Saturday!

I hope you are all well and dandy this morning. I stayed up far too late last night, so I am a little bit tired today, but sure look, we will work our way through it. 😂

Ozzy has not made it to the groomers yet. There has been a bit of a mix-up with timings and slots and all that kind of carry-on, but he will get there, and naturally I will show you the grand reveal when it happens.

Apparently with Shih Tzus they have to be over a certain age before they can get a really good proper trim. I genuinely don’t remember this from Alfie, but at this stage anything would be an improvement, because the poor creature currently resembles a small woolly mammoth with legs. 😂 I am very much looking forward to discovering whether there is, in fact, a face underneath all that hair.

I am here today and, THANK GOD, I will actually be able to show you some Beauty. I do have to venture out for the inevitable food shop at some stage because apparently feeding a household is something that has to be done again and again and again for the rest of your natural life. Who designed this system?!

Actually, where do you all do your main food shop? Tesco, Dunnes, SuperValu, Aldi, Lidl? Are you loyal to one, or are you like me and end up wherever life takes you? Answers on a postcard, please. 😂

A rather ridiculous amount of yesterday was once again swallowed whole by the Lindsay Clancy trial. But that has come to an end for now, which means I can finally stop refreshing my phone every three minutes like an unpaid Massachusetts court correspondent and perhaps return to the small matter of running my actual business. 😂

So, onwards with Saturday!

I’ll be along with our card for today in just a moment, and then I have Beauty for your perusal throughout the day. I’m looking forward to getting properly stuck back into things today.
