What’s the secret behind this little tool? ✨

This gentle electroacupuncture facial treatment does much more than stimulate reflex points connected to the body’s organs. The carefully designed sequence works on several levels at once, helping to calm the nervous system, support deep relaxation, encourage the body’s natural regenerative processes, and promote a sense of balance between the brain’s hemispheres.

The gentle current also activates and relaxes the facial muscles, helping to release built-up tension in the jaw, forehead, cheeks, and around the eyes. As the muscles soften, the face can appear more open, rested, and refreshed — without the need for any special techniques or invasive procedures.

Many people describe the treatment as deeply calming, while also noticing a gentle sense of awakening and renewed energy afterwards. It creates a beautiful connection between facial care, nervous system support, and whole-body wellbeing.

✨ Another course, another step deeper into the fascinating world of fascia. ✨

I’ve just completed a Myofascial Release (MFR) course at Odnowa in Katowice, and I’m incredibly grateful for this experience.

It was a truly valuable few days filled with professional knowledge, practical work and an amazing exchange of experience.

I learned much more about the superficial and deep fascia, how different layers and structures of the body are connected, and how working with the fascial system can support the body in releasing tension, improving mobility and reducing pain.

What I appreciated most was the enormous knowledge and experience of the instructors, their attention to detail and willingness to share what they know. It was also wonderful to learn from the other participants and exchange different perspectives and experiences.

Once again, I’m leaving a course with so much new knowledge, new techniques and a deeper understanding of the human body.

And most importantly — with even more tools to help people feel better, move more freely and find relief from pain and tension. 🤍

Always learning. Always growing. Always exploring.

An unexpected reunion after all these years ❤️

For a while, there was a very special place in Dublin called Inspire Gallery, run by Sofia and Dino. It was so much more than an art gallery — it was a real art hub, a place where artists, creatives and people from all kinds of different worlds came together.

And that’s where we met, almost ten years ago.

The gallery was around until the pandemic, and since then life has taken each of us in completely different directions. New places, new projects, new lives…

And yet, almost ten years later, we are still friends. ❤️

We’ve all gone our separate ways, but somehow we still manage to find the time to get together for a proper girls’ night — to talk, laugh, remember the old days and simply enjoy being together again.

I think that’s one of the most beautiful things about friendship. You don’t have to see each other all the time. Life changes, years pass, everyone follows their own path… and then you meet again and somehow it feels like no time has passed at all.
