🔸 Parents Needed to Help Shape a New Support Resource for Childhood Anxiety🔸
As part of the development of Cycle Against Su***de's HELP Programme -Health Educators Leading Parents, in partnership with the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Department at University College Dublin, (ongoing PhD study within the UCD School of Medicine), we are inviting parents with experience of supporting a child with anxiety to help refine a new digital toolkit for parents.

Participation involves two online sessions, each lasting approximately one hour, during August and/or September.
For you parents who participate, your insights and experiences can help shape a national resource designed by parents, for parents, ensuring it is relevant, practical and responsive to the real challenges families face.

🌿 Reaching out for support isn't always easy.

Sometimes we carry stress, anxiety, sadness, grief or overwhelm for longer than we need to, hoping things will improve on their own. While they often do, sometimes having a safe space to talk can make all the difference.

I'm Jennifer Walsh, an Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist, and I provide a warm, supportive and confidential space for adults and adolescents (13+) to explore what's going on for them, at their own pace.

Whether you're struggling with anxiety, low mood, self-esteem, life changes, grief, trauma, or simply feeling stuck, therapy can offer an opportunity to feel heard, understood and supported.
