At his heaviest, Graham struggled to fit through the turnstiles when watching his beloved Ipswich Town and gave up going to matches 💔. Now, he’s an astonishing 17st (108kg) lighter after losing half his body weight – and says he feels 20 years younger. Let’s talk about our favourite Slimming World recipe books 📚🙌🏼 they’re a total gamechanger for keeping meals exciting, easy, and completely on plan.

My absolute favourite is “50 Golden Greats”– it’s packed with recipes I actually look forward to cooking, eating and always get a good review from others! 👏🏼 After that I love “SP Sensations” for a boost to my weight loss and for getting creative with speed free foods 🥒🍅🫑🧅🥕🍋🥬🍓

Pop into our groups in 3 Rock Rathfarnham, Taney Parish Dundrum or Tallaght Plaza Hotel, and have a browse through the books, and see what you could get your hands on? You might just find your new favourite meal 👀✨

‘I’ve gone from just existing to really living 🙌!’ Raise the roof for Fiona, who has been named Slimming World’s Greatest Loser 2026 👑! She’s lost a jaw-dropping 20st 8.5lbs (130.9kg) 😱 after years of putting her life on hold because of her weight 💔.

At 35st (222.3kg), Fiona believed weight loss surgery was her only hope, so she joined her local Slimming World group with a plan to lose the 3st (19kg) needed to qualify. As the weight came off, she realised she could keep going without the need for surgery and her world began to open up 🤩.

From avoiding leaving the house to loving being active, exploring new places and saying ‘yes’ to every adventure 🥹, Fiona has truly transformed her life.
