💁Expect set backs, prepare for them, deal with them and move on.
💁Focus on an effective solution to your problem. Cancelling a gym membership is hardly a solution to a 'bold' party weekend.
💁Enjoy the process! Weight loss is not all about training and diets. You are allowed to go on holidays, to party and to have the food and drinks you enjoy.
