In Slimming World Dowdallshill we got to celebrate something truly life-changing with of my incredible ladies, Grainne O Hanrahan losing an astonishing 17 & half Stone 💫🥰

Watching this journey has been an absolute privilege ❤️ This hasn’t just been about weight loss — it’s been about courage, improving health, gaining freedom & completely transforming a life. Every week Grainne showed up, trusted the process, kept going through the highs & the tough moments & never gave up on herself. She’ll be the first to tell you it doesn’t happen overnight but sticking with it really can make your dreams come true 🙏🏻💕x

As a consultant, moments like this are why I do what I do.
