Before we create a programme at The Nadura Clinic whether that is The MAMA Code™, a hormone programme, digestive restoration pathway for any male or female or performance protocol for some of our olympic and diamond league athletes, understand something important.

Behind that recommendation sits hundreds of hours of study, collaboration, travel, compliance, regulatory review, formulation work, safety assessment and clinical application. From FSAI approval processes to informed-sport considerations, peer reviewed, third party testing and real-world patient outcomes, these are not decisions we take lightly. I was lucky enough to be offered an autism unit place for my son…But I was even luckier to be able to turn it down

This is our son, Jamie.

In this video, he had just turned four and had just received his official autism diagnosis. At the time, life was incredibly hard for him. Jamie was non-verbal, extremely frustrated, aggressive towards his peers, and a serious flight risk. He had no sense of danger, couldn’t communicate his needs, and we genuinely struggled every single day just trying to keep him safe.

We were told he would likely need a specialised preschool and a unit place for primary school.

Then my husband found The Nadura Clinic online.

We started with the OMX urine test and met with Anita to go through the results and put a plan in place. We committed ourselves fully to the process and worked closely with Anita over the past year.

Within just a few weeks, Jamie started talking.

Slowly, everything began to change.

He became calmer, more aware of himself and his surroundings, and finally able to understand and follow basic instructions. The violent outbursts stopped. The tantrums eased. He started seeking friendships and connection instead of avoiding them.

And for the first time, he was safe.

When Jamie returned to playschool in September, he was literally a different child. We even toilet trained him within a few days.

We were incredibly grateful to be offered a place in an autism class for September 2026…

But we were even more grateful to be able to turn it down and accept a mainstream school place instead.

That’s how far Jamie has come.

In an era saturated with health trends, influencer protocols, and longevity buzzwords, discernment matters more than ever at The Nadura Clinic

First: test, don’t guess.

Your physiology is individual. Decisions should be driven by objective data, not marketing narratives. Functional testing allows us to identify what your body under-produces, over-produces, is depleted in, or is compensating for, and critically, why?

Second: interpretation matters as much as the test itself.

Data without expertise is noise. Seek professionals with proven clinical experience in interpretation, not those chasing trends. Longevity language whether it’s mitochondria, peptides, or the latest compound does not equate to physiological relevance unless it is applied correctly and contextually.

Finally: be selective with supplements.

Prioritise compounds the body cannot synthesise adequately on its own, supported by robust testing and quality assurance. The most effective supplements are often produced by those focused on science and outcomes not aggressive branding or influencer-led promotion.
