📢 New Free Pharmacy Service Launched Across Ireland: MediBack 💊♻️

We are delighted to be taking part in the new Mediback Scheme, however not all medicines and medical items can be returned for disposal.
Check the list to see what we can and can’t accept.

❌ NOT ACCEPTED:

• Sharps such as needles or lancets
• Outer cardboard and paper packaging
• Loose tablets or capsules
• Harmless liquids, creams or ointments (e.g. glucose or sodium chloride)
• Flammable liquids
• Non-medication chemicals
• Clinical waste (e.g. used bandages and dressings)
• Vapes
• Nitrous oxide “laughing gas” canisters
• Medical devices (e.g. catheters and ostomy bags)
• Veterinary medicines for large/farm animals
