We were delighted to have Camphill Communities of Ireland represented at HIQA’s Residents’ Forum Networking Event in Carlow this week. 💚

The event brought together residents’ forums and advocacy groups from services across the region, creating an important opportunity for people to connect, share experiences, celebrating achievements and have their voices heard.

It was a really positive and engaging morning, with valuable conversations around advocacy, HIQA’s inspection process, accessible information and how the voices and experiences of people living in residential services can continue to shape and improve services.

A big thank you to HIQA’s Residents’ Forum Team for organising and facilitating the event and for creating the space for so many groups and organisations to come together.

We were very pleased to take part and to represent CCoI on the day. 🌿

💚 A VERY SPECIAL MOMENT FOR EMILY! 🎶

Community Member Emily Keogh from Camphill Kyle recently got to catch up with one of her absolute heroes — country music star Nathan Carter! ⭐

Emily is a huge Nathan Carter fan and has been lucky enough to meet Nathan at a number of his shows over the years. What makes those meetings so special is that, no matter how busy he is, Nathan always takes the time to stop, chat with Emily and make her feel welcome.

And he doesn’t forget about the rest of us either! Nathan has very kindly recorded shout-outs and little messages for CCOI on a number of occasions — something that always means a great deal to our CM's, staff and everyone watching back home.

For an artist with such a busy touring schedule and so many fans, those small acts of kindness really do make a big difference.

So from Emily and all of us at CCOI, a huge thank you to Nathan Carter for always making time, for the shout-outs and, most importantly, for being so kind to one of your biggest fans! 🎤💚

We think Emily’s smile says it all! 😊

💚 THANK YOU FROM CAMPHILL GRANGEBEG! 💚

What a fantastic day at our Camphill Grangebeg Open Day 2026! 🌿

A huge thank you to everyone who came along and helped make the day such a success — our Community Members, Camphill communities, families, friends, neighbours and members of the public. It was wonderful to welcome so many people to Grangebeg and share such a special day together.

We are incredibly grateful to all of the local businesses and supporters who generously donated the fabulous raffle prizes and supported the day. Your kindness and generosity meant so much to us. 🎟️🎁
A special thank you also goes to everyone across CCOI who worked behind the scenes and on the day to make it all happen — our Grangebeg staff and volunteers, our Maintenance Team for their invaluable help with the grounds and parking, our Land & Social Enterprise teams for assisting with traffic management, set-up and preparations, and our Day Opportunities Department for providing stalls, activities and helping throughout the day.

Events like this really are a team effort, and whether you donated a prize, ran a stall, helped with set-up, directed traffic, supported behind the scenes, attended on the day or simply helped spread the word — thank you. 💚

Most importantly, thank you to everyone who came through the gates and supported Camphill Grangebeg. We hope you enjoyed the day as much as we did!

🎥 Here’s a little look back at a brilliant day at Grangebeg…
From all of us at Camphill Grangebeg — thank you! 🌿💚

🌟 EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH | JULY 2026

Continuing on with our EOTM initiative, we are delighted to recognise Jasmine Roberts from Camphill Kyle as our Employee of the Month for July 2026.

This recognition is particularly meaningful as Jasmine was nominated by Community Member Emily Kehoe, who praised Jasmine as an amazing keyworker – caring, helpful, always willing to go out of her way for others, and someone with whom she shares plenty of laughter.

The nomination was strongly supported by Jasmine’s colleagues across Kyle, recognising the dedication, positive attitude and strong work ethic she has demonstrated since joining Camphill Communities of Ireland in October 2021.

Jasmine is pictured receiving her award from PIC Declan Foley, alongside Community Member Emily Kehoe.

Congratulations, Jasmine, from all of us across CCOI. Thank you for the difference you continue to make to the people you support and those around you. 💚

🏆 WE’RE FINALISTS! | THE DIGIE AWARDS 2026 💚

We are absolutely delighted to share that Camphill Communities of Ireland has been named a finalist in The Digie Awards 2026!

The Digie Awards celebrate excellence across Ireland’s digital and social media landscape, recognising the people, organisations, brands and campaigns making an impact through digital innovation, creativity and communication.

For us, this recognition comes at an incredibly exciting time. Over the last while, CCOI has been undergoing a significant evolution of our brand and digital presence — refreshing how we tell our story, strengthening our identity and developing a new website and digital platform that better reflects who we are today and, most importantly, the people and communities at the heart of CCoI.

To receive national recognition at this very stage of that journey makes this nomination particularly special.💚

The inaugural Digie Awards 2026 will take place on 17 October at the Garryvoe Hotel, Co. Cork, celebrating the very best of Ireland’s digital and social media sector and held by Business Cork.

We are honoured to be among this year’s finalists — and very excited for October! 🏆

🌿 YOUR CAREER. THEIR FUTURE. SOMETHING MEANINGFUL.

We’re growing our teams across Kildare & Kilkenny.

A career in social care can be more than a job.

At Camphill Communities of Ireland (CCOI), our services are built around people, community and opportunity. Across our residential communities and day opportunities hubs, no two days are quite the same — and neither are the people, talents and ambitions that make our communities what they are.

Our approach combines progressive, person-centred social care with something that has always been part of CCOI: connection to community, nature and the world around us.

From beautiful rural settings, gardens and farms to creative activities, independent living skills, employment pathways and day opportunity programmes, our teams support people to build lives that are active, connected and uniquely their own.

And we want our employees to grow too.

We invest in training, learning and professional development, giving our people opportunities to build their skills, take the next step and develop a long-term career in social care.
