2 years ago I started teaching QiGong here in Ennis.
Meanwhile we have a growing group of students injoying the great feeling and the health benefits this ancient practice gives us.

Over the winter I started teaching online for those students who couldn't make it on a Friday or a Saturday morning. 😉There's just so many bank holidays and so many places to visit😄

So this is where we are now, 2 years in. I'm excited to see the future unfold.

Hi everyone,
Here's our schedule for the next few weeks.
I'm on holidays the first 2 weeks of July but I'll keep the online classes running on location. That's gonna be a fun project 🙂

Both online and in-person classes are open for anyone who wants to try QiGong. You're welcome to come and try it and take a tester class. Just bring a bottle of water and wear comfortable clothes.

The price is
€10 for your first class,
€10 for weekly students,
€12 for drop-ins, and
€44 for access to the membership (=1 weekly in person class + 2 weekly live online classes + a library of replays and extra's)

Hello everyone,
I hope you are all well!
Last Sunday's class is online for replay now 🙂
and I look forward to seeing you on Friday and Saturday.

We are going to mainly focus on the Ma Wang Dei set, until the end of June.
This will give you a full set to practice on your own if you would want. In the membership I'll be posting parts of the set so you can practice the sequence at home as well as in class.

In QiGong there are many different sets, each of them designed to give you a full body healing workout, working on your meridians so your Qi can flow freely and your vitality improves.

If you've been thinking of joining us or you'd like to come back after a pause, you're very welcome to join us, preferably on Saturdays as our Friday class is getting quite full.
