I’ll guide you first through a gentle yoga practice, helping you arrive into the space both physically and mentally. A chance to let the busy mind switch off, bring your focus into the present moment, and simply be.

Then, as you settle into rest, I’ll play the Tibetan bowls, allowing you to relax even deeper and become more receptive to the Reiki or Rahanni healing that follows.

No rushing. No doing. No giving.

Stop cluttering!
Not just the beach.
Your home too!

Did you know that clutter can block the flow of abundance?

Not just financially, but physically, emotionally, and even in terms of your health and wellbeing.

Clutter takes up space. It creates obstacles, adds stress, and can leave you feeling overwhelmed. Over time, it can overload your nervous system, leading to emotional burnout, frustration, or even angry outbursts.

When you regularly keep the spaces around you clean and tidy, you’re not only preventing the build-up of dust and bacteria - you may also notice your home feels lighter and more peaceful.

According to Feng Shui, clutter also blocks the natural flow of energy and abundance.

Don’t believe it?
Start with one room. Give your bedroom a really good clean and notice how you feel afterwards.

And don’t wait until you’ve filled four bags with plastic bottles before taking them to the bottle bank.
All those bottles take up valuable space that could be filled with something beautiful - something that brings you joy and lifts the energy of your home.

Think of decluttering like brushing your teeth. You do it regularly to prevent build-up. Brushing your teeth 365 times in one day doesn’t make up for skipping the rest of the year - and the same goes for clutter.

Taking bottles to the bottle bank is also a great excuse to get out for a walk, move your body, and come home to a space that feels lighter.

Small habits. Clear spaces. Calmer mind. More room for the good things in life. 🤍
