I created Midlife Strength because I couldn't find a class that truly understood where women like us are at - in our bodies, our energy, our lives.

This class is for women 40+ who want to feel stronger, more energised and completely at ease. No pressure. No intimidation. Just a supportive, fun space where you can move at your own pace, surrounded by like-minded women.
With 20+ years as a Personal Trainer, I bring that individual attention and knowledge to every class.

The fourth trimester is one of the most tender and transformative chapters of a woman's life. And it deserves a plan.

The Village Begins Here is a three-hour postnatal preparation retreat for expectant mothers, hosted right here at SoulMoves on Saturday April 25th, 10am - 1pm.

Led by two of Galway's most experienced women's wellbeing professionals - Laragh Cunningham (Trained Doula & Expert Yoga Teacher) and Sarah Thornton (Personal Trainer specialising in Pregnancy & Postnatal Exercise) - and mothers of six children between them, this retreat blends expert knowledge with lived experience.

You'll explore:
