I completely understand that things come up all the time, and I’ve always been very understanding when it comes to cancellations — it happens to all of us and that’s just life.

However, no-shows and last-minute cancellations do make things very difficult. I will always continue to be understanding where I can, but just a little reminder of my cancellation and no show policy.

It’s been a While and lots of new faces here so let me reintroduce myself! 💜
Hi, I’m Sinead – a reflexologist, holistic therapist, and the face behind Sole Scent Wellness. 🌿
I started this journey in 2019 after seeking ways to heal myself following the loss of my son, Daithí, in 2018. Reflexology was my first step to feeling calmer and more like me again. What I thought would be a simple ‘foot rub’ turned out to be a life-changing experience.

Now, I’m on a mission to create a safe space for women to relax, recharge, and rebalance. 💛 I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed, stressed, and isolated, and I want to make sure no one has to walk through that alone.

A little about me:
🏠 I am a proud clare woman but married and settled in Co.Galway
👩‍👧‍👦 Mom to a 11-year-old and a 6-year-old – and my angel, Daithí who would 8 this year
🌟 Early Childhood Care & Education was my career for nearly 11 years before I took the leap in 2020 to start my own business.
💆‍♀️ Holistic therapies like reflexology and other treatments I offer have not only healed me but continue to inspire me every day.
