"Speed up by slowing down" ✨🧠🌱

✅ I'd like to re-share a short video I was recently asked to share for Garveys Pharmacy as part of Men's Health Week (15th-21st June) 🙏

💡 This is a brilliant cause, raising much needed awareness for Men's Health (both physical and mental), with the theme of 2026 being:
"Progress, not Perfection" 🧠🌱

📱 In today's online world, people are met with constant (often conflicting) information and influences everyday 🤳

❌ Often, these paint an unrealistic picture, one that's altered and polished for likes and follows, and most importantly; one that's very hard, if not impossible, for someone to achieve or apply in everyday life!

✅ This video aims to highlight the importance of progress, not perfection, working with yourself (rather than fighting yourself!) and understanding that much of what you see and consume online, may not be reflective of reality 🌎

🌀 Hypnosis for Weight Management & Overeating - Client Testimonial ✨

✅ This client contacted me seeking help to reduce her current weight, and break unhealthy eating habits🙏

✅ Her main issue was eating large portions at mealtimes, with sweet foods afterwards such as biscuits, bars or desserts 🍲🍪🍩

✅ In our work together, we focused on addressing the Unconscious elements that were causing her to eat larger portions at mealtimes, and snack on unhealthy foods 🧠🤓

💡 This is important because without addressing the Unconscious elements behind this behaviour, there will continue to be an internal tug-of-war, using willpower alone to try and overcome the issue 🙏

🚨 (Spoiler Alert: The habit, craving etc. usually wins this tug-of-war unless addressed directly!
This is because these stem from the Unconscious mind, which has much more influence over your decisions, behaviours, habits etc. than willpower alone)

✨ "Ending of a 9 Year Cycle: 2017 - 2025" 🙏✅

✅ Firstly, I hope you all had a lovely, peaceful Holiday season, and took some time over this busy time of year, to slow down and look after yourself ❤️

🎉 As 2025 comes to an end, I'd like to wish each and every one of you a very Happy New Year for 2026, filled with peace, health & happiness 🙏☀️

✅ In Numerology, 2025 was a Universal "9" year, which signifies endings, closure and completion of themes, patterns & cycles 🙏🌀

** (Specifically, 2025 was the year to wrap up old themes, patterns & cycles which began 9 years ago in 2017: What are you letting go of, or ending, from this period?) **

✅ 2026 on the other hand, is a Universal "1" year in Numerology, which signifies new beginnings, fresh energy and aligned action 🙏✨💪

💡 So, may this final day of 2025 serve as a recap of the past year, as well as old themes & cycles gone by over the past 9 years as they come to a close 🙏
