Do you know that we are the unwitting agents of out thoughts, our lives are ruled by little else. Why should we allow our thoughts dictate how we live. In most instances if unchecked our thoughts will destroy our short precious life, this will happen through non self-awareness.
As humans we need to step outside our thought process, step out of the box which holds our thoughts and allow life to flourish. We need to allow our feelings to be truly felt and to respond accordingly.
We seem to have this notion that we must follow our thoughts, which is totally false. We should search for the true meaning of life and allow this truth to guide us. You will find that with self discovery the true meaning of our life’s purpose will shine through then we will follow a different path to true love & compassion. The ideas we have of depression, stress & anxiety will disappear. Life will be happy, full of joy & compassion, it is here where the true self will emerge we we can live our life to it’s full meaning.
Meditation is the way to self- discovery & to live a full & purposeful life.

What is it to know love and perfection in all living beings. People will say, I don’t like this person or that person because of traits that they may have, this crests a blockage in you to their true potential, you can’t see the beauty that resides in that person. The fact that you cannot see the beauty in another person means that you the viewer is the one with the issue because your mind is not open to receiving. Stop thinking negotiate about the other person and ask yourself who has the problem is it really the other person or is it myself. You will find that issues are in your mind. If you change your thoughts about the other person you actually change your life. Negativity will cease within you and you will see that we are all human beings with the same flaws and beliefs. By stilling the mind and becoming focused on the president moment will allow us to become one in the creation. It is in this state of oneness that you find love and see perfection in all. Pause, become still and allow the beauty of the universe to occupy your mind, it is here where no resentment, no anger,no agitation resides, only love and perfection, beauty and compassion.

Are you suffering from stress, anxiety or depression, are you feeling lonely, fed up with your life’s situation or wondering what your future holds for you. Well all I can say is that your not living consciously, your not living in the moment, your not aware of what your life is about. Your mind is deluding you. Step out of your thought process & look at your life & see the wonders it holds in store for you. Meditation & present moment awareness is where you should be focusing your life. Your true life and not the mirror images is the place to be. If you try meditation or mindfulness and give it time to work with your mind it will completely change your life. You will be able to see the beauty that life holds in store for you, it will change your outlook and find the happiness you are seeking. All of this is inside of you, just look inward. To find inner peace you must look inside your mind to see what is obstructing your peace. When you find that obstruction, ask yourself does this obstruction effect me when I am happy or when I’m doing something that pleases me or even when I am sleeping? You will find that it doesn’t so why let it disturbe you sense of self or your peace, nobody had the right to disturb your peace. Find the still place in your mind sit with it & watch the world unfold in front of you. This is where everything arises from & returns to. Find the space that keeps you present & at peace, then realise this is who you truly are.

If you want to have peace, compassion, & happiness in your life, you need to control your mind so that you do not suffer from anxiety, stress. anger. rage, or any mind determination matters. If you practice meditation your mind calms down to allow you stop thinking of the things that are bothering & disturbing you. When you achieve this state peace, love & compassion sets in. Addictions are very common in many peoples lives today, we have drugs, alcohol, gambling, to***co, etc. however we also have the addiction of thinking. All of the above can have a detrimental effect on our lives. We spend all of our lives thinking about the past & future which seem to dictate our lives. Why do we let this happen, is it because we rely on our fast for the future or are we depending on our future to enhance our lives?. Neither of these will enhance our lives. If you really want to have a happy & peaceful life you need to become present, in the moment at pease with who you are. When you can live in this state. Addictions do not exist when you are conscious, alert & living in the now. Finding your true nature will free you from addiction of any kind.

Happiness can only be found when you stop looking for it outside of yourself, you cannot find it by traveling the world, it can only be found when you look within at your true nature where everything is visible. Try it by stilling the mind & allow the happiness you seek arise.

To find love, compassion, empathy & gratitude find a meditation teacher & learn the technique to meditate. Once you acquire the technique & practice regularly, you will have a peaceful & gentle life which will benefit you both mentally & physically for the rest of your life.

When we meditate we become one with nature, we work with the senses, let the worries of the day be what they are they are mind objects & part of your life’s situation, not part of your life or true essence. Once we calm the mind on a regular basis we can see what is arising and deal with it differently. By stilling the mind all problems will pass you by. No one had the right to disturbed your peace.

Why do people get themselves so upset over small things, the reason they get up set is not the reason why they are upset it is always something else or a different agenda. When you pause or still the mind for a few moments and examine the course of your upset, you will fine that you have no reason to upset yourself or disturb your peace. Find the peace of the self through meditation. It is yours to keep.
