☕🌼 I finally tried dandelion coffee — and I'm obsessed!
I drink dandelion tea occasionally, but need a coffee alternative that isn't matcha.
It's made from dandalion roots and it does taste very similar to coffee and has a slightly bitter taste to it.

2026 was a year I said I would push myself more than ever before....and this was the biggest challenge for me yet this year, and I'm so glad I did it.
I didn't think I would end up in a category with such amazing women.
I am very grateful for my journey to get here.
I'm delighted I joined a few months ago.
It's such a supportive environment, and seeing all these ladies who are so successful is such an inspiration, everybody helping one another on their journey.

I have to say I do love a good food pic, so here is a quick lunch (it was delish!) :
Brocolli, peppers, cherry tomatoes, tofu with tomato passata, hummus, and a small pitta. All veg steamed lightly, the sauce and herbs were added afterwards.
Is this something that you could do to help feel better?
More energy, balanced hormones and better digestion?
Healthy doesn't mean hours of cooking in the kitchen.
Having a stocked fridge and some simple meal ideas helps with decision fatigue around food.
