Every Body can dance Nia 😉

There is something magical about how women between 80 and 100 years old (yes, you can see well!) come together beautifully dressed and Doris makes them dance, their joints,
they singalong and move along,
and then they drink coffee, chat
and leave for home recharged.

And I also wondered what 52 means to me - if it is nothing more than one of my lucky numbers and the number of Nia's basic movements; 52 and yet with endless, unparalleled possibilities!

Summer in Ireland has arrived , so this week we are going outdoors👣

Experiencing the joy of movement under the blue sky, sensing the earth underneath our feet .

We’ll meet
✨ Sunday 11 am in Salthill Park
At the Bandstand

All are welcome, no levels, no experience needed for Nia just your intention and willingness to move, and be present.

This Friday they is no class , I recommend my YT channel if you’d like to take few minutes NIA .

How do you feel these days?

We stay connected to our Joy dance to avoid big ups and downs however … seeing the weather, hmmmm, that really affects the mood swing (or is it for me only?);)

Anyway see you on the dance floors🤞

Until I’ll put a song as a taster of the next routine well moving to in June - it’s much lighter than you might think for first even though the ‘stormy’ sound effects 🤗
