We had such a lovely day at our Carers Programme taking part in a colour analysis session βœ¨πŸ’›

It was fantastic to see everyone enjoying the experience, learning more about the colours that suit them best, and stepping outside their comfort zones in such a supportive and welcoming environment.

The session was a great confidence boost and a reminder of how something as simple as colour can help people feel more comfortable, confident, and empowered in themselves. There were lots of smiles, laughter, chats, and encouragement throughout the day, making it a really positive experience for everyone
A huge thank you to everyone who came along and made the day so special πŸ’«

A lovely pottery day spent together with carers from Partnership πŸ’™ as part of the Pobal Programme funded by Pobal

This lovely pottery class gave us the chance to slow down, relax, and truly be present in the moment while getting creative together. It was such a calming and enjoyable experience, filled with laughter, connection, and support.

These moments away from the busy routines of everyday life are so important ✨
