How do you reach your daily protein target of approx 1g per kg body weight?
I start with 250g of Liberte Greek yogurt with berries and granola - 23g
Lunch is a chicken or tuna salad to which I add another protein source so about 43g total
Snack at 4pm is a protein mousse pot with 20g - so I’m at 90g before dinner!!! Not bad
