It takes courage and perseverance to break free from conditioning and contracts that are no longer beneficial to our spiritual growth or highest good.

Whilst also holding compassion for ourselves, to live freely, to be the creator’s of our own unique blueprint and path, which can be dissolved or changed along the way.

Many people are still fulfilling roles and responsibilities to people please or feel trapped, due to karma and life circumstances, leading to disempowerment, resentment or victimhood. They often end up too tired to make change or lack the motivation.

Goddess Brigid or Saint Brigid as she is also known in Ireland , as her story was merged by Christian influences, whom, transcends religion and spirituality. In Celtic tradition February 1st is beginning of spring time and Brigid is revered as spring goddess, known as imbolc, it is the pagan festival that celabrates the return of light and fertility to the earth and the world.

The Tuatha de danann , a race in Ireland, which has pre-celtic origins and Brigid is associated as one of the goddesses connected to this powerful tribe. She is also known as Triple goddess because of her association with river’s and well’s, Agriculture, poetry and of fire.

I feel Brigid was a woman ahead of her time. She was all about “Empowerment” and standing up and fighting for women, children and animals rights. Goddess Brigid imbued and invoked the “DIVINE FEMININE”, which has been dumbed down for many centuries due to religions and patriarchal society, which was dominant for many centuries in women but thankfully this is on the rise again.

One way to connect and invoke goddess Brigid is making brigid’s cross from rushes, which is typically placed in doorways and windows for protection. I learned the art of making this cross in school many years ago.

Having lit my candle 🕯️today, marking the time of year, with shortest day and longest night in northern hemisphere, I set the intention to bring in the Christ light to me and in around me, my home 🏠 and anyone who particularly needs extra light within them and in around them at this time if year.
I listened to music, stayed home and honoured this solstice. It is a magical✨ time of year, bringing this into our hearts ♥️ , minds and our home, that we had when we were children, drawing in that child like wonder again.
It’s all creative intentionality and we each have our own
unique way of experiencing it.

Words of wisdom from Archangel Raphael

We are supporting you in letting go of old stuff, like belief systems, Paradigm’s, Core issues, conditioning like familial, social or tribal, and lineage issues, this can show up as us being tired or things shown up again and again for us to let go, for some, this can be pain and discomfort in certain areas of our bodies trying to get our attention… to finally get to the root issue in order heal and transform what’s necessary.

Our top three chakra’s, our third eye chakra, throat chakra and our heart chakra in particular is being transformed and upgraded by those who wish it. Remember this is coming from a place of free will..depending on our receptivity and, our vibration, this is part of human evolution.

By releasing and letting go what no longer serves our highest good, we are co-creating and shifting our consciousness.

The heart chakra of earth itself is in Ireland and England and the sea in between our two countries, as we were once joined. As well as big healing coming up for our Heart Chakra, this healing will also embody hearth chakra of earth itself, Mother Earth, elemental’s, animal kingdom etc…We will become more light bodied as result but this will not be seen by the physical.

Botanical flowers will be revealed when the time is right, to help us transform and support our growth and raise in vibration, a new path on earth itself.

Mother Earth vibration is increasing also, she is having a healing too of her heart chakra. Moon 🌙 is amplifying this energy of releasing and upgrading at the time of Winter Solstice and Christmas and early New Year.

A beautiful pink energy, like rose petals from heaven, will surround us then and earth itself with highest vibration of all that is “Love”,

This is a great way to use up over ripe bananas, this is a lovely Saturday healthy treat. I often bake at weekend, I find it relaxing and somehow comforting and I also have a sweet tooth, so this recipe hits the spot for me. An original deliciously Ella which I have tweaked quite a bit. I am original almond mum, if we wanted treats like scones or cakes growing up, we had to bake it ourselves. This has served me well in life, as I found a lot of shop bought treats to sweet and to processed….

220g or Spelt or regular wholemeal flour ( I like doves organic)
100g of Coconut sugar or brown unrefined castor sugar (I like billington’s)
1tsp baking powder
Half tsp bicarbonate of soda,
50g dark chocolate 70% (I like green & black)
4 tablespoons buttermilk
3 tablespoons coconut oil
1 egg
2 apples cored and chopped finely and more for decoration on top.
3 very ripe brown bananas
1 tablespoon cinnamon

Mix the dry and wet ingredients together and bake for 25 minutes at 175 degrees fan oven. Cool and enjoy with a cup of coffee… ☕️
