✨ A little piece of beautiful news ✨

Recently, I received the loveliest news from a woman who came to me for a Womb Blessing as part of her journey towards becoming a mother.

After a long time trying to conceive, she is now pregnant. 💗

I would never suggest that a Womb Blessing can guarantee pregnancy, nor can we ever know exactly what combination of things has supported conception. Fertility can be complex, and every woman's journey is completely her own.

But I do believe there is something very beautiful about taking time to reconnect with the womb, soften, receive, rest and bring some balance back to body and mind.

A Womb Blessing can be a beautiful supportive practice during a fertility journey, alongside whatever other support feels right for you — medical care, nourishment, lifestyle changes, rest, emotional support and so much more.

And it isn't only for women who are struggling to conceive.

For a woman who hopes to become pregnant in the future, it can simply be a beautiful way to begin connecting with and preparing that sacred space within herself.

My heart goes out to every woman walking the path of trying to conceive — particularly when it has become a long or difficult road. And I also hold so much tenderness for the women whose path towards motherhood, creation or fulfilment may ultimately look different from the one they first imagined.

There are no promises with this work.

But there can be space.
There can be reconnection.
There can be healing.
There can be hope. 💗

And today, I am simply celebrating some very, very happy news ✨️🥰

This gathering has been created especially for Rahanni Practitioners and Teachers — a space to come together, reconnect with Rahanni, meet others within the Rahanni community and simply spend time with people who share this beautiful connection.

A day of healing, connection, angelic guidance, sharing and support — and an opportunity to strengthen those connections within our Rahanni community here in Ireland. 💗

In the northern hemisphere 1st-2nd February is a festival called Imbolc by the ancient Celtic people, and also known in the Medieval church as Candlemass.

It is a festival of beginnings, of the first tiny spark of life and fire in the world after the darkness. It is a celebration of rebirth and the renewal of life, of returning light after winter and of the Maiden making her first steps in the world after the old Crone.
In the British Isles it is a time when sheep give birth to lambs and there is ewe’s milk and cheese. Women would take the candles for the year ahead to the church to be blessed. Women would also make dolls as fertility symbols. The Maiden is known by different names depending on the tradition and she was associated with the swan, fire and Snowdrops – small native white flowers that are the first to appear from the snow.

So perhaps on the 1-2nd February celebrate the awakening of the Maiden - make a cake or cookies with seeds to represent new beginnings, light a candle to welcome the Maiden’s creative fire or make a small doll to welcome the new energies of life into your home in blessing. Perhaps research your local traditions and blend them into your celebration.
