My name is Tina and I live in Glanmire, Cork. My story is that I have battled with my weight for many years. When I hit my heaviest weight, my GP suggested that I look at Gastric Surgery, which, if I am honest, horrified me and it wasn't something that I would do. My body was in trouble, I have had fertility issues in the past, Sleep Apnea, PCOS and Endometriosis and Thyroid issues, I was lucky I

did not get Diabetes but after some research I approached a Cork Consultant in 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan. The support I received on the plan and the confidentially, I was blown away and decided to train as a consultant. What I do know is that everyone’s weight loss journey is unique and having enjoyed success with 1:1 Diet and a healthier livestyle, I would love to help you on your weight loss journey as I know what you are going through. If you have 1 or 10 stone to lose, I am there for you with support, I walk that road with you, give you tips to help you achieve your dream in a relaxed and calm and non judgemental atmosphere.
