Beltane Eve 🌿
Beltane energy is about celebrating our potency and potential, about unashamed positivity and outward-looking hope, using the spring energy to wake up and open our eyes to the potential in ourselves and others.
A time for friends, lovers, unions and honouring of all kinds ..

Burnout develops over time when prolonged stress overwhelms the body’s ability to recover. It can affect energy levels, concentration, sleep, emotional resilience, and the nervous system’s capacity to switch out of a constant state of alertness.

Reflexology is a complementary therapy that may support burnout recovery by encouraging deep relaxation and helping to regulate the nervous system. When the body is given regular opportunities to move into a rest-and-restore state, it can begin to rebuild its capacity for rest, energy, and emotional processing.

Reflexology may also help improve body awareness, supporting individuals in recognising early signs of fatigue or overwhelm. This awareness can be an important part of recovery, helping people respond more gently to their limits rather than pushing through exhaustion.

While reflexology does not replace medical or psychological care, it can be used alongside appropriate support as part of a gradual, holistic approach to recovery. By working with the body rather than forcing change, reflexology may help support resilience and a more sustainable return to balance over time.

💜 The Irish Reflexologists’ Institute (IRI) is the professional body for reflexology in Ireland, supporting reflexologists through education, professional standards, continued learning, and a connected practitioner community. 💜

Welcome March!
The month of rebirth
when the air is full of possibilities.
Hope is renewed as new leaves appear,
and the trees spout buds.
Flowers bloom, and the earth
awakens from its slumber.
Nature is busy once more and we
are feeling the transformation
within us.
The Spring equinox brings
the balance between light and dark.
There is a feeling of anticipation
whilst we await the new beginnings
that are unfolding.
Everything starts to align again
as we step into this glorious phase
of transformation.
Spring steps forth, and the cycle
resumes for all of nature ..

Think of your heart as a beautiful garden, filled with unique flowers representing all that you are.
You wouldn't rip out those flowers and plant fake ones just to please someone else's idea of a perfect garden, would you?
Similarly, don't force yourself to change to fit into someone else's heart. Love shouldn't be a battle where you're constantly trying to prove your worth.
If someone doesn't see the beauty in your natural garden, your true self, then trying to convince them otherwise is a waste of precious energy.
The right people, the ones meant to admire your garden, will be drawn to its authenticity.
They will love the colours, the fragrances, and the unique charm that only you possess.
Embrace your true self, and let those who truly appreciate you find their way to your heart ..

Thank you @ Elaine Bayley illustrations. 😍✨ so beautiful.

We wakened to a landscape covered in snow, the sun and blue skies made it look so magical we just donned on our walking boots and went for a winter walk.
Happy twelfth night
