We’re Taking a Wee Break 🌊☀️

We’re off for a wee break — slowing down, switching off and topping up on some much-needed Vitamin Sea. 🌊💜

Most importantly, we’re taking time to enjoy each other, make memories and soak up those precious little moments together. 🥰

And in advance… sorry for the inevitable spam of holiday photos on my stories! 😂📸 I just love looking back at the memories we’ve made over the years and seeing how our wee family has changed and grown. These moments are precious, and I’ll never take them for granted. ❤️

Messages, emails and DMs will all be answered when I’m back.

Until then, I’m off to make some more memories! 🌊☀️💜

Word of mouth is still one of the most powerful ways to welcome new clients. 💜

No matter how much social media we have, nothing compares to a genuine recommendation from someone who has experienced the care for themselves.

Your kind words, your recommendations and your trust mean everything to a small business like mine.

Thank you for spreading the word about Solas Anois. ✨

“From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at ease. I was able to switch off, relax and just take some time for myself. The whole experience was so calming and welcoming, and I left feeling lighter, refreshed and more connected to myself. I’m already looking forward to my next visit.”

Thank you M

‘Supporting Your Hormonal Well-being Through Reflexology’

Our hormones quietly influence so much of how we feel each day—from our energy and mood to our sleep, stress levels, metabolism, and overall sense of balance.

The endocrine system is a remarkable network of glands that produces these hormones, helping your body communicate, adapt, and function at its best.

When life becomes busy, stressful, or we experience hormonal changes such as menopause, perimenopause, illness, or ongoing fatigue, this delicate system can feel under pressure.

While reflexology cannot treat hormonal conditions or replace medical care, many people find it offers something they often don’t realise they need—time to slow down, deeply relax, and allow the body and mind to reset.

By applying gentle pressure to specific reflex points on the feet, reflexology encourages the body’s relaxation response.

The Endocrine Glands & Their Reflex Points

👣 Pituitary Gland – The Master Gland
Located at the base of the brain, the pituitary helps regulate many of the body’s other hormone-producing glands, including the thyroid, adrenal glands, and reproductive organs.

Reflex point: Tip of the big toe.

────────

👣 Pineal Gland – Your Sleep Regulator
The pineal gland produces melatonin, helping to regulate your natural sleep–wake cycle.

Reflex point: Centre of the big toe.

────────

👣 Thyroid & Parathyroid Glands
These glands play an important role in metabolism, energy production, body temperature, calcium balance, healthy bones, muscles, and nerves.

Reflex point: Base of the big toe.

────────

👣 Thymus
An important part of the immune system, particularly during childhood, helping the body develop healthy immune cells.

Reflex point: Just beneath the ball of the foot.

────────

👣 Adrenal Glands
Often called our “stress glands,” the adrenal glands produce hormones such as cortisol and adrenaline that help us respond to everyday challenges.

Reflex point: Inner arch of each foot.

This is one of the areas many clients say leaves them feeling deeply relaxed after a treatment.

────────

👣 Pancreas
The pancreas helps regulate blood sugar by producing insulin and glucagon.

Reflex point: Beneath the ball of the left foot.

────────

👣 Ovaries & Te**es
These reproductive glands produce hormones including oestrogen, progesterone, and testosterone, influencing fertility, bone health, muscle strength, mood, and libido.

Reflex point: Outer heel area.

Many clients enjoy reflexology as a supportive therapy during life stages such as menstruation, perimenopause, menopause, or fertility journeys.

Every treatment is tailored to you following initial consultation, offering a peaceful space where your body has the opportunity to rest, rebalance, and recharge.

A Gentle Reminder

Sometimes, the most powerful thing we can do for our health is simply give our bodies permission to pause.

💜 Do You Believe You Are Enough? 💜

It’s a simple question… but for so many of us, the answer doesn’t come easily.

We live in a world that encourages us to do more, give more and be more. Somewhere along the way, we can begin to believe that our worth depends on how much we achieve or how much we do for others.

But what if you were enough already?

Enough on the days you feel strong.
Enough on the days you feel tired.
Enough when you’re healing.
Enough simply because you are you.

Today, I invite you to pause and ask yourself with kindness…

Do I believe I am enough?

If the answer is “not yet,” that’s okay. Healing begins with awareness, and every gentle step towards self-compassion matters.

💜 You are worthy. You are enough. Just as you are.

💜 Focus. Plan. Purpose.

Some days are about holding space for others, but today will been filled with professional meetings, planning and developing new wellbeing workshops. It’s the behind-the-scenes work that often goes unseen, but it’s where meaningful change begins.

As a facilitator, I believe that creating safe spaces for people to pause, reflect and reconnect with themselves is just as important as the workshop itself.

Every conversation, every idea and every plan is made with one purpose in mind…

To help people find moments of calm, build resilience and remember that they don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone.

I’m looking forward to sharing what’s coming soon.

✨ Here’s to working with purpose, leading with compassion and continuing to grow.

Rest. Reset. Release.

🌿 Monday Madness? instead of Mindful Monday.🌿

That’s what my house feels like this morning

Some Mondays feel like everything happens at once.

The accidents
The tears
The rush
That’s before anyone is even dressed!

If today feels a little chaotic, remember…

You don’t have to do everything all at once.

Pause.

Take one deep breath.

Have a sip of your coffee.

Step outside for five minutes.

Choose one thing, then the next.

💜 One small step is enough.

A rough start, doesn't mean that you can't have a great finish. ⛺️⛺️

🌿 Feel Good Friday 🌿

What if looking after yourself didn’t have to be another thing on your to-do list?

Sometimes the smallest acts of self-care make the biggest difference.

✨ A quiet coffee.
✨ A little time out.
✨ Fresh nails that make you smile.

These moments aren’t indulgent—they’re reminders that you matter too.

If you’ve spent the week caring for everyone else, perhaps today is your invitation to pause, breathe and do one small thing that helps you feel more like yourself again.

Healing doesn’t always happen in the big moments.
Often, it begins with the smallest, gentlest step.

💜 Be kind to yourself today.

Rest. Reset. Release.
