When hard work pays off 🙌
If you told me 2 years ago this mare would run again, I would have said i doubt it.
With pure determination, hard work, patience, and knowledge, she got back on the track.
She ran a blinder on her return.
Massage therapy, photo light therapy, kinesiology taping, and all controlled exercise and lots of stress 🤣
The benefits of body work really do pay off.
If you want to best performance from your horse then give them the best care possible. They are athletes and massage therapy should be part of their care as you do with farriers, dentists, vets etc.
Remember its not a special treat for them it's a necessity.
