"I know Ted..we'll be famous",giggled Nelly,

"BEN",shouted the two little friends,

"When will we,will we be famous ",

"I can't answer..I can't answer that", laughed Ben,

"I'd hope our book will be ready by the end of June but if it's not then it's OK too,

Sometimes things happen & what we want to happen sometimes doesn't happen right when we'd like it to & that's just the way it can be", said Ben,

"Don't we look great in our boat though..that's from our adventure when Bunclody got flooded on January 27th this year",said Nelly,

"You both look wonderful..we were very lucky to find the best illustrator ever & we'll tell all the people about him soon but now we have to go",said Ben,

And off the three good friends went on another adventure together.

Bàbòg needs some help escaping The Ark Vets in Tullow today!!

Bàbòg had an overnight stay in the Vets last night but won't be ready to come home until about 3pm today,

I'm in Gorey all day with clients so wouldn't make it to Tullow before they close at 6pm,

Family & friends that I could normally call on are either working,sick or on holidays,

You'd just need to pick her up between 3pm & 6pm & drop her off at my house in Bunclody,

I will of course pay petrol costs,

If not she'll have to stay another night & she'd never forgive me & I'd have to sleep with one eye open forever more,

Really looking forward to working with CC next Sunday June 7th 10am to 1pm,

As always the names of my events come to me when I least expect them to & this one came to me when I was driving,

I then create an event around the name,
Me,Myself & I is all about you & helping you reset,

You'll be very warmly welcomed to & the session will start with one of my handwritten Guided Meditations..I never know which one I'll use until everyone is there & I can feel the energy in the room,

Reiki energy will flow to all who wish to receive it,

Get creative with Mosaic & Crystal Art where you're all left to your own devices..you'll be surprised at what you create,

Tea & treats provided,

CC will then guide you through gentle Yoga movements,Breathwork & a grounding exercise,zero Yoga experience necessary..which can be done sitting or standing,

We close the event with a full Sound Journey where you can sit on a sofa or a comfy armchair,lie on a Massage plinth or a really thick mat that's like a little mattress..blankets & cushions provided,

Exchange is €60..€20 non refundable deposit secures your place then balance of €40 can be paid via Revolut or cash on the day,

A three hour event..10am to 1pm Sunday June 7th,

Me,Myself & I is all about you,

Learning to put yourself first by hitting the reset button..simply put,it has to be done,

I've invited CC Darlington to facilitate a gentle movement,breathwork & grounding session,

No Yoga experience necessary at all & it can be done whether you're sitting or standing,

We start with deep Meditation & Body Scan with Colour & Sound..I'll be working above you with my new hanging singing bowls,

There'll be Mosaic & Crystal Art where there's great fun & people are always very surprised by what they create when left with it,

We drift into CC's offering then full Sound Bath,

There's a sofa,comfy armchairs & if you'd like to lie on the floor I've just gotten some amazing exercise mats which are like thick little mattresses for you to lie on along with cosy blankets & cushions,

Sunrise 5.07am Curracloe Beach

It's been a while since my last sunrise visit to Curracloe,

It wasn't a bright red spectacular sky like previous times but wow was it powerful in its unseen but felt energy,

Feeling sick to death of what appear to be blockages on my path..disappointment after disappointment have dropped in front of me over the last month & it's been a trial to put it mildly,

I never look at my life as "Oh I'm getting there", there's no "there"...there's only the here & now,

This week I dodged a bullet..something that was in front of me looked right but when I looked more closely at it it was all smoke & mirrors..no substance to it,the energy did not match the reality,

There's about five roads in front of me right now & I know exactly which one I'm next going down..I'm excited about where it'll bring me..the hard part is while I start to stand in this new energy not everyone can come with me..in order for the alignment to happen some have to be left behind,

Feeling the energy of this beautiful sunrise completely physically alone in my favourite place I face the sun & smile,

Never truly alone & always protected on my life's meandering pathway 🙏

I've been bringing Sound to Duille Eille (one of the Ard Aoibhinn centres for Adults with Intellectual Disabilities) in Wexford Town for a while now every second Friday,

Recently I got the lovely news that funding had been secured for a full year of Sound Baths at Duille Eille & one of the other centres..we're all delighted,

After the sessions today one of the staff handed me an envelope & said they were poems written by some of the service users about me & my Sound Baths,

One uses my name the other uses Sound Bath,

It has moved me hugely..we all get on famously & it's an absolute honour for me to bring my work to the centres,

The Universe has smiled on me today ✨️ ☺️

Last rays of sunset,

Just home from work..it's been a long but lovely day,

First half of the day wasn't all that great because Bàbòg wasn't well but the kindness of a wonderful friend meant she was seen really quickly at the vets & is in ball order again,

I'm always struck by everyday magic & Dorothy was just the start of it,

In one of my regular Sound sessions today I met a man from Tibet who has been living in Ireland for about 4 years,

He was so taken aback when he walked into the room to see my Tibetan Singing Bowls & he immediately asked if he could play them..a part of his homeland was in front of him & I could feel my eyes filling up..it was an honour to help him feel connected to his heritage,

Next was a wonderful lady for Reiki who gave me a great big hug..I don't get half enough of them!!

Final session of the day was Meditation & Sound Bath for the ladies of Gorey ICA,

The absolute divine feminine energy & the Irish Mammy vibes in that room tonight was something else..I felt minded & safe,

Home now in my back yard with a well Bàbòg swaying gently in my hanging egg chair watching the golden rays in the sky,

Life is magical..I'll always be thankful I can see the magic still ✨️ 💛 🙏
