Surrendering to the ultimate rhythm. From the studio to the wild, the practice never ends. It just changes form. 🌊🧘‍♂️

The day began in the sacred container of Sadhana—holding space for inner alignment, breath, and presence.

It then unfolded into a beautiful, resonant 1-1 sound session at the studio. Witnessing a lovely couple anchor into the vibration of peace together is always a profound reminder of the power of shared intention and cellular harmony.

As the midday heat began to soften, the outer landscape mirrored the inner. I found myself drawn to the earth’s own medicine: immersed in a natural sound bath at the waterfall. To sit in the cool waters, wrapped in the therapeutic roar of nature, is to remember that the universe is always playing the most perfect symphony.

Join us for a very special morning of movement, mindfulness, and community connection.
On Sunday, 21st June at 10:30 AM, we are gathering at Burnaby Park, Greystones for a completely free outdoor Yoga and Meditation session. To make this morning truly magical, our entire practice will be accompanied by the beautiful, soothing sounds of live flute music. 🎶🪕

While this event is free to attend, we are coming together to support a cause that is incredibly close to our hearts. We are collecting donations for the phenomenal work that the Greystones Cancer Support society has been doing for our community for three decades now. 🤍

The silence of the lips is just the beginning. 🧘‍♂️✨

True Mauna (silence) isn’t just about not speaking; it’s about stilling the “monkey mind.” Even in two hours of intentional silence, the thoughts keep rushing in. But there is magic in the realization.

Every time I caught my mind wandering, I brought my focus back to my breath. That simple shift does wonders. It leads to an internal gazing so deep, it feels like the third eye is finally opening to the truth. 👁️

I invite you all to practice Mauna for 2 hours every day. Step away from the noise, reconnect with your inner self, and feel the shift in your energy.
