If you wanted this to be a low carb option, you could swap the Pretzel for 4 Babybels which would keep calories roughly the same but increase the protein quite substantially (and fat).

Don’t want to spoil it …. but these are little calorie bombs.

Each portion of them is 28g and comes in at 84 calories. That might not seem a lot, but 28g is really not a lot, especially when you’ve been dipping in and out of these bags.
