I am doing 5 weeks in Ecuador. For two weeks I will be living in the amazon rainforest in an animal rescue shelter. I will be feeding, protecting, helping and releasing endangered, orphaned and injured animals. From parrots, sloths, monkeys and tigers that are injured due to deforestation, orphaned due to parents being killed by hunters or taken in to allow their rehabilitation. After this I will be volunteering for three weeks by the coast aiding injured turtles. Cleaning, feeding, protecting and improving their well being. As well as this, I will be cleaning up plastic in the surrounding areas.

As well as this, I will be cleaning up plastic in the surrounding areas.

As a non-meat eater and animal lover, this volunteer project is close to my heart. It allows me to help with the devastating impacts of global warming, deforestation, over-fishing and plastic impact on sea life. Not eating fish allows me to prevent not injuring turtles with fishing nets due to not contributing to fishing and not contributing to the decline in fish species. Eating a meatless and palm oil free diet helps with my carbon footprint, releasing less methane gas, not contributing to the deforestation of the Amazon for more livestock space and endangering animals. This, along with my reduced plastic usage and more sustainable living is all well and good, but I want to do more, be more and make a larger impact through both hands on work, but promoting and showing people the change we can make to our planet, our animals and ourselves.

Another month one month (two in total, one month from left to right) and these are the results😍

"An Artist is only as good as their canvas allows" ❤️ Kirsten is an absolute pleasure to teach and train she really is an A+ student and an absolute rock star in my eyes 🔥

She has gained over all 2 inches to each arm, lost 5 inches from her waist, 5 inches from her belly, gained 6 inches to her bum, 5 inches to her legs. We are currently doing no cardio just a warm up on the treadmill to get our body warm. She is eating over 2,000 calories a day and the start of next month we are increasinh those calories even more. We rarley do abs just a little core strength work plank etc with upper body and look at her tummy😍.

Her b***y i increasing with each week and cant wait to see how far this lady will go with MORE food and MORE weights.

1 month transformation (x3 per week) 😍

This lil lady has been persistent, dedicated but mostly has found her love for training and that makes all the difference. I show her what to do, she does it and then some 👏🏽

Her goal was to learn more about training, build her upper body, sculpt her core and build her glutes and legs. She has gained an inch to each arm, lost 4 inches from her waist, 3 inches from her belly, gained 5 inches to her bum, 3 inches to her legs all while eating over 2,000 calories AND NO CARDIO 🙌🏽 We have taken out plyometrics so all burpees, jumping jacks etc are all gone from the first photo to the second 👏🏽

Consistency is Key 🔑

This pretty lady has been sick this last while so today was her first day back training and she bossed it 👊🏽

Full body work today and some more specified Glute and Hamstring training tomorrow. Watch this space guys she is coming in strong, her progress in the next 3-4 weeks is going to be 🔥🤤😍

Clients Glute Focused Leg Day 🔥 🍑

Last measurements showed inches increased on shoulders, chest, legs and glutes while inches lost on tummy and waist 🙌🏽

Hip Thrust up 20kg, Squats up 30kg and Deadlifts up 35kg in one month. Before and after photos of this lady to be posted tomorrow. We are slowly decreasing cardio/plyometric and increasing calories, weight and of course, knowledge. B***y gains and Brain gains. 🤤
