chilli & lime chicken

ingredients
4 chicken fillets cubed
1 red chilli chopped
1 green chilli chopped
k**b fresh ginger grated
2 clove garlic chopped
2 tbsp soy sauce
1\2 lime juiced
1\2 lime rind

method
put all ingredients in an oven dish, stir to make sure all chicken is covered( marinade if u have time), if not cover in tinfoil. put in oven at 200 for 30 mins til chicken cooked, serve garnished with scallions, with rice and salad or veg( 1\3 superfree).. enjoy

Have you joined Slimming World full of enthusiasm and vigour? Have you given up after a few weeks because of a 'slip up' and you've talked yourself out of returning because you think you have failed? We are all only human and we all do these things on a regular basis. It's all about working through the 'not so good' weeks and celebrating the 'good' weeks that will get you to where YOU want to be.... Slimming World is here to enlighten and then the implementation is up to us and how we fit it into our lives. The only reason to do something is because you want to and because you know it's right for you. It is really worth it when you get there. The finish off - it's not only about how you start
