Whether you are a pro athlete, gym go-er or someone who has never exercised before or just have a generally unhealthy diet/lifestyle, we can all improve on the person we are today. When we learn to connect the mind with the body through healthy eating, daily exercise, positive thinking, gratitude and appreciating small things in life, we can become the best of ourselves. Remember health and fitness is not a destination its a journey through life. All those small decisions and actions either improve us or teach us a lesson, you are in control of your life. I want to helpyou to become a better person through healthy lifestyle change; yoga information, classes, mindfulness, meditation, poses, easy recipes, fitness motivation, weight-loss, strength, conditioning, hypertrophy, woman's fitness, nutrition tips are what I cover. Classes are designed for mums of all fitness levels!

Whether you are just getting back into it after having baba or a year or 2 later there is space for everyone!

Classes focus on strength - legs, glutes, core... Upper. A full body strength programme some light conditioning to get that sweat on again.. leave feeling great!!

Meet other mums, catch a coffee after 3 mins up the road for the best postworkout coffee ☕️ 👌

Anyone heading to Cambrills this year? It's currently our 2nd year here it's fab spot for kids.. busy busy all day every day, a busy 2 year old boy would have your nerves gone.. cocktails and rosè is a must to balance it all out!!

Here till Thursday.. currently sunbathing with a lime bacardi breezer 🍸 skipped the morning run & gym today. Done a healthy shop across the road in Mercedona for the last few days loads of fruit & yogurts etc for breakfast & lunches 🍉

Looking after my body, mind & soul..

What does it look like in a few nice pics? A great life, yes I'm so privileged to get to do, I teach yoga & Fitness & a more connected life, I show up for myself in these ways every single day.

Its not easy, its difficult to do what's uncomfortable, to make small hard decisions whether that be to train, to carve out an hour or time to meal prep or time alone.

This week I done a refresher in Rahanni Celestial Healing, a healing modality that works on a a higher frequency of healing - 5th dimensional that opens the heart centre through connecting to divine light of truth, love & compassion.

Im 4 years attuned to this energy and still being attuned again on Sunday was amazing 🩷

So excited to bring this powerful healing to people through 1:1 work and in groups. Its something that has to be experienced to be felt ✨️

Lately I’ve been leaning into that space where

and instead of backing away, I stay.

There’s something deeply transformative
about tapping into that inner fire,
breathing through it,
holding it,
trusting it.

This is where I feel my power.
Not forced, not rushed…
just quietly, steadily there.
