Dairy free pancakes
100g spelt flour (easier to digest)
3 eggs
300ml hazelnut milk
Scoop of vegan protein powder
1 or 2 Table spoons psyllium husk (soluble fibre)
1 table spoon coconut sugar
Sprinkle cinnamon
Pinch of sea salt

Measure
Whisk
Fry on pan with ghee or coconut oil.
