During my lymphatic massage, I may come across areas that feel like emotional trigger points. Working with these areas, together with lymphatic flow and deep relaxation, can sometimes bring emotions to the surface and create a powerful sense of release.

How many lymphatic massage sessions do I need? 💜
One session can make you feel lighter and less puffy — but if your lymphatic circulation has been sluggish for a long time, one session is usually only the beginning.
I normally recommend thinking in terms of a course of treatments rather than a single session.
✨ 4–6 sessions can be a great starting point to support lymphatic flow and help your body establish a better rhythm.
Once we are happy with your progress, we can space the treatments further apart.
And for maintenance?
💜 Around once a month can be a great way to continue supporting healthy lymphatic circulation and prevent that heavy, sluggish feeling from building up again.
Every body is different, so I always tailor the frequency to what your body needs and how you respond to treatment.
