Lights were on, the shelving was going up and finally there was a bit of colour in the building! It was such a pleasure to see the vision come to light, over the following 4 weeks, before our opening on the 8th October 2021.

We couldn’t have done it without the support of our family, friends & the many great tradespeople we worked with.

🔺Headlice infection is only diagnosed with identification of a living louse on the scalp

🔺Combing through wet hair with a lice comb along with direct examination is the most effective way to diagnose Headlice infection.

🔺Headlice are spread mainly through direct hair-to-hair contact. They do not live on pets and it is not related to poor hygiene.

🔺The term ‘nits’ refers to the empty eggshell.

🔺It is unnecessary to use a treatment based on the presence of nits alone (i.e. without visually seeing a live louse) as the treatment will not remove the nits and lead to a false sense that the treatment failed.
