Feeling stuck...

This is something I hear regularly from clients:

‘I just feel stuck.’

And honestly, it’s something I’ve experienced personally too.

What’s interesting is that this ‘stuck’ feeling often disguises itself as anxiety, fear, or even phobias.
It can show up as:
walking into a room,
public speaking,
speaking on camera,
or holding yourself back in ways you can’t fully explain... Like repeating the same old actions and expecting a different result!

But underneath it all… it’s that feeling of being stuck.

Breathwork for Instant Calm

Try This Simple Breathing Technique
Extended Exhale Breathing
Inhale gently through your nose for 4 seconds
Exhale slowly through your mouth for 6–8 seconds
Repeat for 3–5 minutes

This technique can help:
Reduce anxiety
Slow your heart rate
Calm racing thoughts
Improve focus and mental clarity
Restore a sense of control
