When you start a gratitude practice, your mind starts seeking things to be grateful for! It can be the smallest thing like your shoelaces!! What would you do if your runners didn’t have laces? Or running water, toilets, showers, fridges… food on the table… and more obvious things like friends, family, pets, to more overlooked things like the ability to move your body, the ability to speak, the ability to taste etc.. when you start tuning into the frequency of gratitude, your whole vibration starts to shift and you start to attract more good things into your life! Today I went on a walk, the wind broke my umbrella, the sky was so grey, but all I could see was how green the grass was, how beautiful it was to see the daffodils popping up out of the middle of nowhere! I felt so grateful on my walk! This came naturally today. But some days when you feel really crap, you have to consciously ask yourself “what am I grateful for today”, it really really does shift your whole mindset and mood! The more you do it, the more naturally it comes! 🌼✨
