Consists of two circuit training classes a week while following a nutritional plan customised for each individual.

Circuit Training: Allows you to work at your own pace while burning calories with a combination of cardio and muscle toning exercises.

Nutritional Plan: Weight loss will only happen with a combination of exercise and eating the right foods. It’s not all about calorie counting; it’s learning about the effects of certain food groups on our bodies. You will learn about the other factors that influence weight loss.
