At The Lodge

At The Lodge Welcome to At The Lodge Holistic Services. At The Lodge, we specialise in offering a range of services designed to nurture the mind, body, soul and spirit.

Jenny Eustace – ‘At The Lodge’

Now offers holistic services for adults, including Cross-Professional Supervision, Mindfulness, Spiritual Guidance/Direction to nurture balance, clarity, and inner peace for mind, body, heart, soul and spirit. My name is Jenny Eustace, and I am delighted to invite you to explore the transformative world of holistic well-being. With a strong background in education,

and more specifically early childhood education, I hold an Honours degree in Early Childhood Education and Care. This foundation and my 30 years experience enabled me to adopt a “whole child” approach to learning and care focusing on the body, mind, soul, and spirit of children. Over time, I began to recognise that the same care and attention we give to children is just as essential for us as adults. This realisation has allowed me to expand my work and research and to train in both cross-professional supervision incorporating ‘The Wisdom Model’ ™️ and Spiritual Guidance Counselling and to now support adults, with the understanding that we all need thoughtful care, opportunities for self-connection, and space to nurture our well-being. At The Lodge, we provide a tranquil indoor and outdoor space where you can fully immerse yourself in nature and the natural world. Our sensory garden, peaceful labyrinth, and thoughtfully designed seating areas offer a haven to pause, reflect, and rest in the presence of stillness. These spaces are intended to deepen your connection with yourself and the natural world, nurturing your soul and inspiring renewal. Our offerings at the lodge include cross-professional supervision, Spiritual Guidance Counselling, Mindfulness practices, Circle dancing and Yoga. Additionally, I offer soul care practices through creative modalities such as soul gardening™️,soulful collage, sand tray therapies, and more. These are designed to help you reconnect with your inner self, strengthen your spiritual connection, and move to a place of profound inner peace and clarity. We also host a range of intimate workshops with very small numbers to ensure personalised attention and a deeply enriching experience. These include seasonal offerings such as St. Brigid’s Day workshops, as well as creative arts workshops like cross-stitch, stained glass making, expressive art story and poetry telling/writing and pottery. These activities allow participants to explore their creativity while engaging in soul care practices that inspire both joy and healing. Whether through workshops, one-to-one guidance, or our holistic activities, At The Lodge provides a sanctuary where you can step away from the rush of daily life, rediscover your essence, and embrace the journey toward balance and self-discovery. I look forward to welcoming you to this sacred space and supporting you as you step into your most authentic self. Best Wishes Jenny

On this peaceful Saturday evening, I’d love to share this meditation reflection with you all.

We get caught up in life’s busyness, and every now and then it’s important to pause… breathe deeply… and reconnect with the essence of who we truly are.

Tonight, I invite you to take some quiet time for yourself — to relax, slow down, and simply be present in this moment. Allow the worries of the week to soften and let peace gently fill your heart.

May this evening bring you stillness, clarity, healing, and calm energy for the days ahead.

Wishing you all a restful and beautiful Saturday evening. 🙏

𝑅𝑒𝒻𝓁𝑒𝒸𝓉𝒾𝑜𝓃…….

On this Earth Day, I find myself reflecting deeply on our relationship with the planet we call home. Each year, this day always reminds us of the shared responsibility we hold in the global fight against climate change and the damage we have caused to our planet.

Earth Day brings together people from across the world, leaders, scientists, activists, and communities to acknowledge urgent environmental issues and renew our commitment to reducing greenhouse gas emissions and promoting sustainable development.

As I reflect today, I can’t help thinking about the teachings of medieval mystic Hildegard of Bingen and know that her input at that time offers surprising resonance.

Her visionary approach to creation and “greening” (or viriditas) embodied principles of balance, renewal, and respect for the Earth that could guide our efforts today in many ways.

Hildegard, was a 12th-century Benedictine abbess, she was a woman of many gifts and qualities one of them being an early eco theologian who viewed the Earth as a vibrant, living entity. She described the concept of viriditas as the “greening power” of God, a life force that flows through all living things and brings vitality and balance.

Hildegard believed that this divine energy connects humanity, nature, and the cosmos, encouraging growth, renewal, and healing.

In Celtic times we called this driving energy Neart.

Hildegard warned that human greed could damage this natural harmony, and she called for a reciprocal relationship with the Earth, a concept that’s definitely aligned with today’s understanding of environmental sustainability and ecological interdependence.

On this Earth Day, where the theme is “Our Power Our Planet” Hildegard’s ideas of viriditas can inspire a renewed focus on the spiritual and moral dimensions of the crisis our earth is in.

As we reflect today and take action, we might also benefit from her belief in humankind’s responsibility to act as stewards of creation. This means not just technological fixes but a fundamental shift in values, recognising that true sustainability must come from a place of reverence and humility toward the Earth.

The challenge before us is not only to mitigate environmental damage and prevent future disasters but to cultivate a new green vision for the world, one that resonates with Hildegard’s call to restore balance and nurture the life-giving power of nature for generations to come.

We need to, as Hildegard stated 9 centuries ago, cultivate a nation that encompasses a reciprocal relationship with the Earth.

💚 Have a beautiful & blessed Earth Day 💚

“Our Power, Our Planet”
Together, we hold the power to protect the Earth.
Let’s rise up for renewable energy, a cleaner future, and a planet that thrives for generations to come.
Small actions, big impact—because this world is worth it.

Still smiling after such a beautiful mosaic workshop last night 🌸

A room filled with 10 incredible women, each bringing their own stories, energy, and creativity… and what a special evening it turned out to be. Between the clinking of tiles and cups of tea, there was so much laughter, genuine connection, and moments of quiet focus as each piece slowly came to life.

It’s amazing how creativity can open the door to sharing, healing, and simply being present with one another. Every mosaic created was completely unique — just like the wonderful women who made them 🌸

Feeling very grateful for nights like these, where life slows down a little and we get to connect, create, and just be.

Thank you all for making it so special. I’m already looking forward to our next one in May ‘Dandelion Wishes’
Let me know if you wish to book a place.

In 2021 I created this small world for our then 3 year old Alannah.
She was so interested in horses from such a young age. Yesterday I was so delighted to hear the news that Alannah is the IPC U10 National Dressage Champion.
This is amazing 🤩 🙌👏
Huge congratulations to Alannah and her incredible mum. This is a wonderful example of why it is so important to nurture and support every single child’s individual interests in Early Childhood Education.
The last photo is Alannah 🙌👏

In this creative workshop gathering, we’ll be creating our own mosaic piece. A beautiful work of art made from broken pieces — while exploring the deeper soul and spiritual connection behind the process.

Mosaic art reminds us that even fragmented pieces can come together to create something meaningful, whole, and radiant. As we design and assemble our pieces, we’ll reflect on our own journeys, set intentions, and allow creativity to guide us inward.

🖌 No experience needed
💛 All materials provided
🌿 A safe, welcoming space for expression and connection.

Date: Wednesday April 1st
Location: At The Lodge
Time: 7-9pm

If you’ve been craving creative time, spiritual connection, or simply a moment to breathe and create, this workshop is for you.

Message me to reserve your place.
This workshop is now full. I will be running it again soon.

Today is Candlemas — the ancient feast of light, marking the blessing of candles and the gentle turning of the year back toward brightness.

It’s seems like the perfect evening to announce my next workshop.

🕯 Candle Making & Engaging with the Light 🕯

On this evening we will gather in sacred, simple space to create our own candles, working with intention, presence, and the symbolism of light.

Together we’ll reflect, slow down, and engage with the flame — what we are calling in, what we are nurturing, and what we are ready to gently release.

As always this is a wholesome, soulful experience — a chance to rest, connect, and create something meaningful with your own hands.

📅 Wednesday 25th February
🕖 7.00 – 9.00 pm
💶 €20 per person

As always, there will be fresh scones and brown bread, with tea and coffee served on the night .

Spaces are limited, so feel free to message me to book your place.

Thanks Jenny
