Join Laura for an outdoor Shamanic Journey and Sound Bath tomorrow evening at Koru Wellness in the centre of Kilkenny. The weather is still warm but not too hot at 7pm. Nature adds to this beautiful session with the singing of the birds and the rustle of the leaves around the old historic buildings of the Castle Yard and Design Centre. It’s peaceful and quiet location allowing you to drift into deep meditation and relaxation ✨💚
