Yin is all about "being", perfect antidote to a busy life.
It involves holding passive floor poses for longer periods (typically 3 to 5 minutes). By slowing down and finding stillness, we target:

•Connective Tissues: Deeply stretching the fascia, ligaments, and joints.
•Flexibility: Improving range of motion in the hips, pelvis, and lower spine.
•Mindfulness: Tuning into your breath and calming the nervous system.

Whether you’re a total beginner or a seasoned yogi, this practice will leave you feeling grounded, restored, and deeply relaxed.
