Leanne is a qualified children’s yoga teacher and a mindfulness practitioner. Leanne has worked in the area of child and adolescent mental health for more than 15years. As a Family Therapist and a specialist in children’s social and emotional development she values the many benefits that yoga and mindfulness can have for individuals and families. In her child and family classes she combines simple

yoga poses with singing songs, telling stories, playing games and having lots of fun. Children will also explore some fun ways of breathing in addition to relaxing, meditating and other mindful activities.
