At The Little Green Grocer we are passionate about delicious healthy naturally-produced food. We love everything about food – cooking, growing, eating, sharing, talking, tasting, making – and we love to source our foods from as close by as we can. Made by the Taylor family with the creamy milk from their herd of pedigree Holstein cows on their farm in the beautiful Ards Peninsula in Northern Ireland, this range is fruity, creamy and so good!

And the creamy sorbets are vegan!

We are delighted to have some Irish icecream in our freezer again. ☀️

Our newest olive is the delicious bright green Nocellara de Belice, from the fertile sun-drenched valley of the Belice River in Sicily. Olives have been cultivated in Sicily for over 3000 years!

Nocellara de Belice olives are renowned for their high polyphenol content, which has significant antioxidant and anti-inflammatory benefits, so like all the best foods, they are delicious AND nutritious!

We are very touched by this beautiful gift that came in the post this morning from Scéal Bakery in Greystones. This is the magic and meaning of small business….everything really really matters.

We were delighted to have the super special Scéal Bakery Christmas puddings in our shop this Christmas (Did you try one? They are just SO good!)

Of all the vegetables, this one always feels like the biggest celebration when it arrives, bringing with it fresh new promise for the year ahead.

Following the seasons means we eat our produce when it is at its most delicious and nutritious best, grown as close by as possible.

This beautiful organic purple sprouting broccoli was carefully grown by Vincent and his team at Riversfield Organic Farm, just out the road in Callan, County Kilkenny.
