Most athletes return to training based on feel.

As always inservice today was intense. We started off brainstorming complex cases and finished off with some clinical practice.

All our physios are trained up to take these strength and conditioning classes in Atrix Gym. They are ideal for anyone over 50 who wants to improve strength, balance, and general conditioning. While everyone is welcome we hope many people with medical conditions, osteoporosis, arthritis, and people doing their post surgical rehab.
