Recently BORÚ Health & Beauty was delighted to be able to support the Caman n'Chats group with sponsoring their training jerseys.
I was only delighted to do so as I think it is a superb group to have been set up by ladies locally.
It is incredible to see the growth that have taken place with all the camogie clubs locally. As being part of a group of young girls whom played in a mixed team up to U16’s but was nothing available locally for us there after to keep up our sport. It is so wonderful to see them all flourish and be so successful.
I feel groups like this have such importance in our community for the women of all age groups to be able to see you can return , take up learning a new sport or just enjoy the fitness and fun that happens at training in a team sport.

A special shout out to the Mammies whom normally are on the sidelines or behind the steering wheels or preparing gear for all the age groups.
It know myself it isn’t always as straightforward to be able put it aside time and evening a week but all I can say to those maybe interested in taking part . The evening I heading down to meet the ladies there was such an inviting energy with this group . I hope it grows from strength to strength . Well done for all involved.
