Through this achievement, you have not only learned the foundations of Reiki healing but have also deepened your connection to yourself, your intuition, and the universal life force energy that surrounds us all.

May this accomplishment be the beginning of a beautiful path filled with more healing, deeper self-discovery, compassion, and empowerment.

This morning, bright and early I took to the road for a walk. Halfway I saw this fellow in the middle of the road.
Immediately I went into "oh s**t, I have to save him, he will get squished".
I bent down and picked him up to put him in the ditch where he would be safe (my perception of safety). As I did so I stopped in my tracks.

The thoughts came into my head.....what if this little creature has spent his whole morning to get this far and I put him right back where he started to face it all again.

I put him down where I found him and walked away. With no guilt.
Anyone who knows me knows that snails and slugs freak me out, but I was drawn to this fellow.
I was nearly home when I remembered him, and this is what was the greatest roll out from this experience.....I left well enough alone. It wasnt mine to fix, he was on his journey.
I dont know if he made it across the road,was an early breakfast for a hungry bird or got flattened by the tyre of a tractor or car but I do know the great lesson I allowed my body to receive and achieve today.

Stop fixing what is not yours to fix
Stop saving people from what they need to learn.
That snail told me to mind my own fu***ng business and I did.🐌
And, I will continue to do so, without guilt in the future.

As May draws to a close, so too does our 31-day journey through The Unfurling.

Each day, a group of women showed up - with colour, honesty, resistance, tenderness, exhaustion, curiosity and courage. Through daily art prompts, we explored not only creativity, but the body as messenger, memory-holder, and place of release.

What unfolded over these 31 days was more than an art practice.
It became a witnessing.
A softening.
A remembering.
Through mark-making, movement, reflection, and emotion, layers loosened and stories surfaced.

There is something powerful about creating in community - especially among women willing to meet themselves truthfully.
Thank you to every woman who entered this space fully, imperfectly, and openly.

The Unfurling may be nearing completion, but what has been released, reclaimed, and reconnected will continue to ripple outward.

Healing comes in different formats and this Unfurling was a vessel through which the body released and realised.
This has been another beautiful addition to Lámh Síoda Holistic Studio and offers space for those who wanted to delve deeper by a different means.🙌✏️🎨
May will officially be the month when The Unfurling will occur each year.

In order to create a difference, you must be willing to make changes.

️Your energy shifts when your choices shift.
Your reality changes when your patterns change.
The Healing Journey asks for honesty .
Growth asks for movement.

Repeating the same cycles and expecting a different feeling in your soul will not create the change which you need.

Sometimes the change is external.
Sometimes it is the way you speak to yourself, the boundaries you honour, the energy you allow or the stories you finally release.

Old patterns can still surface in different modes through people, trials and interactions but it is important to observe and witness the new dynamics they are presented in.

Transformation begins the moment you choose differently.🙌
