Re-Introducing Rebirthing Breathwork Ireland-The Rebirthed Edition 🤗

I took a break from social media last year and did not expect to be away for 12 months.

Whilst in my inward journey, I became quiet.

In that quietness lots was birthed.

Im in the field of conscious connected breathwork 11 years but am practicing with just over 9 years.

We all have our place in the breathwork industry amidst an ever growing space.We all attract the right students & clients for us ,for our own growth , our own expansion & learning too.

I am a rebirther.

Rebirthing Breathwork Ireland is about Rebirthing Breathwork.

We do not encourage or push catharsis but if it comes we meet it through the breath and the body.

We encourage staying with the breath and with the discomfort that rises so it becomes our teacher and reveals to us our patterns.
It is never about the "drama" which is the physical manifestation of the trauma.

Rebirthing is more than conscious connected breathwork.

I have spent a gorgeous year creating my own training and getting it accredited.

This was not my plan but the breath had different plans for me amd my work.

I look forward to sharing snippets of the journey here .

I am an accredited GPBA breathwork practitioner .My breathwork training is currently in the process of becoming accredited by GPBA .My training is accredited by IPHM and ICAHP and Level 1 & 2 combine the recommendation of 400 hours over a 2 year period.

As the year begins to wind down & after a very long & turbulent year,I have decided to disconnect from social media for a while.

Time for reflection & recovery after the year.
I am deactivating my personal account so this page will go with it as I begin to let go of an old paradigm & figure a few things out.

Just home from 5 incredible days training our new rebirthing students who have just begun their Level 1 Training.We will continue to journey together over the next 12 months after which each trainee will be ready to offer rebirthing sessions to others.

This year we have the added support of some of the girls from my first training 2 years ago ,who are continuing their journeys of self development with me & my own teacher,who requested to repeat Level 1 & who are currently doing their Level 2 to deepen their understanding of rebirthing.I didn't ever envision mentors coming on board so quickly or any of this happening but the breath had other plans for us.

Rebirthing Breathwork Ireland has taken on a life of its own & is naturally evolving into something I had not envisioned or planned when I started breathwork almost 8 years ago.I keep showing up & keep saying yes to life as it unfolds-getting better at not labeling something as good or bad innerstanding its all just experience 👌

I am so so honoured & feel very blessed to have this opportunity in life.🙏♥️🌹

I have grown so much as a woman,a rebirther & space holder & teacher in the past few years.It has not been an easy path & I have had to dig so deep at times to not only keep my head above water but also to survive all life has thrown at me & my family.Becoming a teacher has been no joke & I have f #&ked up many times & gotten burnt so often but this is how we learn to do better.We eventually have to embody deep humility.The "shadow of the teacher" is a tough one to integrate.!!!😩🙈

I am looking forward to meeting what's to come.Just before this training we both got Covid ,a really rough dose of it & a few distortions in my field were highlighted, a few truths revealed, a few masks were seen through & a few relationships came to the end of their cycle & for the first time rather than standing into the fire to punish myself & burn I let out a sigh of relief & walked away quietly knowing that it's all part of the story.

A spontaneous Rebirth was had ♥️👌

I look forward to continuing to offer high quality rebirthing & encourage all my students to do the same so we continue to honour the lineage of rebirthing breathwork & the teachers who came before us from a place of clarity & integrity.Im grateful all my students past & present feel the same & offer this work so much respect & love.

With the addition of Family Constellations which will bring a new depth to my work & the return of womens circles which will also include constellation work in time ,I am observing with curiosity what's naturally unfolding.

Thank you to all who continue to support us & trust in us to attend our offerings.It would not be possible without you.

This is how we can heal our world by healing our projections onto it first.♥️

Primordial Dance has always been part of my Circles & Retreats.......nothing like it in the early morning before we greet the day 👌✨️

Next year I plan only 1 Sacred Feminine Residential Retreat in February alongside our Rebirthing Breathwork Intensive Retreat in September......
Women's Circles for women in their late 30s & early 40s & beyond are in the planning to welcome the next stage of our lives ❤️

"I held a party the other week and grief came.

She wasn’t invited but she came anyway - barged her way in through the door and settled down like she was here to stay.

And then she introduced me to the friends she’d brought with her - Anger. Fear. Frustration. Guilt. Hopelessness.

And they sang in the loudest voices, took up space in every corner of the room, and spoke over anyone else who tried to talk.
They made it messy loud and uncomfortable.
But finally, they left.
And long afterward, when I was all alone,
I realized there was still someone here.
Quietly clearing up after the rest.
I asked who she was and she told me, “Love.”
And I assumed that’s why she looked familiar - because I had met her before.
“Or perhaps,” she said, “it’s because I’ve been here the whole time.”
And I was confused then because I hadn’t seen her all evening.
But when I looked more closely,
when I looked into her eyes,
I realized quietly that she had been here.
All the time.
She’d just been dressed as grief.

Family Constellations is a groundbreaking methodology to free yourself from the damaging repetitive patterns, behaviours and emotions that are limiting your life in some way today that you have unconsciously taken on from your family system.......

Today I begin an intense 1 year training on family constellations.This process fascinates me.In my early 20s whilst in psychotherapy, I was blessed to have had the opportunity to take part in workshops around the family system.

I feel its the perfect addition to the work I'm already doing with Rebirthing & I look forward to including it in sessions,retreats & classes combined with breathwork & as a practice by itself......
