I am so excited to be back teaching yoga this week for 2026! New year here we come 🙂

I offer 6-week yoga courses in both Killorglin & Cromane.

These courses welcome complete beginners who’d like to explore yoga, as well as those who’ve been practicing for a while and would love to revisit the foundations with beginner’s mind… an openness and curiosity, as if learning for the first time 🙏

Each 90-minute class offers space at the beginning to truly land, arrive, and settle… giving the nervous system time to soften and come back into balance.

You’ll be invited to:
🫁 explore breathing techniques
🧘‍♀️ move through gentle stretches
💪 play with strengthening postures and flowing sequences
🌙Yoga Nidra (Conscious deep rest)

As it’s the New Year, a perfect time for reflection, we’ll set a Sankalpa… an intention that reflects your deepest truth. In Yoga Nidra, it’s gently planted and revisited, letting it unfold naturally over time ✨

I’ll be bringing my experience and passion for teaching yoga in a fun, light-hearted, and supportive way, and I’m so looking forward to starting this journey with you 😄

Last year i spent some time in Galway training in teaching chair yoga with the wonderful Claire Osborne: Embodied Nature and it was the best decision ever. (Thank you Claire for an incredible training)

Yoga Is a wonderful practice but is not always accessible to people for various reasons. Introducing a chair as a prop and support in yoga practice opens up the door to so many 🥰

I started teaching chair yoga last Janurary in Cromane Community Centre and loved every minute. I am returning next week for another 4 week course on Thursdays 💜

A brand new yoga class is coming to Glenbeigh and I am excited to begin to share the wonderful tools yoga offers on Wednesday mornings 🌄

I would love you to join us, its great for your body and mind, we have a bit of craic, if you have time we have a cuppa tea afterwards and some chats ... its a lovely chair yoga community 🥰

The intention of Yoga le Grá classes is to cultivate Kindness, Compassion, and Joy 'on and off the mat' – in our own lives, towards ourselves, towards others, and for all beings ❤️.

Each week, we explore a different theme/topic through Yoga Postures, Breathing techniques, meditations, and relaxation. This holistic approach allows for a deeper connection to the self and promotes overall well-being.
